In this session I will share practical tips, resources and frameworks that I've developed and used in my previous tech leadership, HR and most recently training specialist roles to help you implement best practices regardless of the technology stack you are using.

Donna Edwards

Donna has been enabling teams in the IT industry for over twenty years. She is passionate about helping businesses scale and creating inclusive workplaces where people can thrive.

Donna works for Amazon Web Services, leading the Training and Certification scale team, creating and running innovative training programs across Australia and New Zealand. She was previously the State Delivery Manager at Readify (aka Telstra Purple), leading a team of 80 consultants. She is also the CEO of startup SHOUTOUT - a recognition platform designed to help companies create a culture of gratitude.

An international conference and keynote speaker, Donna is passionate about the community and is involved with a multitude of not-for-profit groups; Women in Technology WA, Muses Code JS, Tech Girls Movement, Women who Code and the Beacon Foundation. Donna was recognised for her contribution to Professional Services and Community with a 40 under 40 Award in 2019.
